By accessing or using Bodivela™ services, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

Products & Product Information

We aim to present our home textiles and related products as accurately as reasonably possible, including descriptions, dimensions, materials, photographs, colors, and other relevant information.

Because screen settings, lighting, photography, textile batches, and manufacturing processes can affect appearance, minor differences in color, texture, or visual presentation may occur.

Product availability may change, and we may update or discontinue products when reasonably necessary.

Orders & Purchase Confirmation

Submitting an order represents your request to purchase the selected merchandise. An order is subject to payment authorization, product availability, and acceptance.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we may contact you using the email address, telephone number, or other contact information supplied during checkout.

Pricing, Billing & Payment

Product prices displayed when you submit an order are the prices applicable to that transaction unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other fees will be handled as disclosed during checkout or in the applicable store policies.

You agree to provide valid billing and payment information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During unusually busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Bodivela™ currently applies a $5.99 flat shipping fee per order.

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

• United States: 10–15 business days
• Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 11–16 business days
• Other international destinations: 15–20 business days

Depending on inventory availability, product location, and destination, orders may be fulfilled through our own or partner facilities. Some orders may therefore be shipped internationally.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a shipment appears lost, or tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact our customer care team so we can review the circumstances and available carrier information.

Returns, Product Issues & Refunds

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For preference-based returns, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us with your order information and supporting photographs or videos where relevant. After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to you.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Intellectual Property

The Bodivela™ brand identity and original website materials, including applicable logos, graphics, photographs, written content, product presentation, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to the applicable rights holders and are protected by relevant intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly authorized, website materials may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative works in violation of applicable intellectual property rights.

Our Relationship With Shopify

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate the online storefront and make our products available to customers.

Purchases made from the Bodivela™ store are transactions between the customer and the merchant operating Bodivela™. Shopify provides the commerce platform but is not the seller of the Bodivela™ products purchased through our store.

Privacy & Personal Information

Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

Because our store uses Shopify and other service providers, information necessary to operate the website, process transactions, provide customer support, prevent fraud, or fulfill orders may be processed by service providers involved in those functions.
